Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Our apparel is printed on demand just for you, which takes an additional 2–5 business days before shipping. We don't hold pre-printed stock — every shirt is made when you order it.
Shipping Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery is:
- Apparel (US): 3–5 business days
- Accessories & eyewear (US): 8–15 business days, as some items ship from our overseas warehouse
Note: items may arrive in separate packages since products ship from different facilities. You won't be charged extra shipping for split deliveries.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, email us at Delulusupply@gmail.com and we'll look into it.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you — reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days and we'll work with you on a resolution. Delulu Supply isn't responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier or stolen after delivery.
International Shipping
